Introduction

     The VS200 research slide scanner features a high-speed electric stage, equipped with 6 slide adapters or high-throughput automatic loading (up to 60 slides), high-resolution dual cameras, and a patented shadow correction algorithm. It can quickly scan and stitch images of large tissue slice samples, and is suitable for high-resolution panoramic imaging of various stained samples such as HE, Masson, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence.

Application:

      Mainly used for scanning samples on slides, such as tissue slices of the brain. Equipped with bright field, dark field, simple polarization, and fluorescence imaging modes, it can quickly achieve batch scanning (up to 60 slides).

       Illuminator: Built-in Kohler illumination, using transmitted light, high-intensity and high-color rendering LED lights (with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours).

       Fluorescence components: Fluorescence illuminator with compound lens, electric excitation block turntable, electric filter wheel turntable, fluorescence light source (FC906).

      Scanning speed: Bright field: about 80 seconds (20X objective lens, scanning area of 15mm x 15mm). Fluorescence: about 3.5 minutes (20X objective lens, scanning area of 15 mm x 15 mm, 4 fluorescence channels, exposure time of 10ms each, single layer).

      Adapter: 1'' x 3'' slide tray for 10 glass slides, suitable for 26*76mm glass slides, maximum loading capacity of 60 glass slides at a time.

      Image processing software: Automatic sample detection, automatic barcode reading, automatic focus map, automatic scanning, automatic stitching, pause and resume scanning, Z-stack imaging, extended focus imaging (EFI), image format: vsi, supports output of various data formats such as JPEG and TIFF, synchronous display of multiple images, seamless zooming, scaling during scanning, annotation, screen capture, slide loader control.
