Introduction

HALO is a whole-slide digital pathology image analysis platform developed by Indica Labs (USA). It enables quantitative analysis of a wide range of scanned pathology slides, including IHC, IF, TMA, and DNA/RNA ISH/FISH, and offers analysis modules such as Tissue Classifier, Area Quantification, Object Quantification, Cell Quantification, and Spatial Analysis. It is widely used for high-throughput, whole-slide-image (WSI) quantitative research in neuroscience, metabolomics, oncology, and toxicologic pathology.
