Introduction

Aivia is an AI-powered software platform for the visualization, analysis, and interpretation of large 2D–5D microscopy image datasets, capable of reconstructing highly complex images. It provides dedicated analysis tools including cell counting, calcium-oscillation analysis, neuron and vasculature reconstruction, co-localization, automatic tracking of cells and nuclei, and cell-lineage mapping, together with machine-learning-based Pixel Classifier, third-party plug-ins, and batch-processing tools, helping users rapidly and accurately extract the value of their data.
